Long Key State Park

Long Key State Park in the Florida Keys offers an amazing camping adventure with all campsites right on the ocean where life is, literally, a beach.

Not to be mistaken for Longboat Key Beach on the Gulf side, this state park offers a fabulous beach for sunning and swimming as well as nature trails.

There are 3 nature trails to explore, including the Long Key Lakes Canoe Trail, which offers a unique experience, canoeing through the park’s beautiful shallow lagoon where you can casually explore the abundant wildlife and plant life.



Bone fishing, very popular here, is a form of deep-water fishing that allows fishermen to chase what are known as the fastest and strongest saltwater fish. This offers a challenging and unique experience to even the most experienced fisherman.

There are also countless charters and tours available, as well as lots of places for snorkeling and scuba diving tours for people of all ages.
